What I build
Every project gets an exact fixed price after the free intake — no surprises afterwards. Working with a set budget? Say so. I build the best thing that fits your budget, instead of pushing you into a fixed price list. If a job does not fit my calendar or my skill set, I will say so and point you elsewhere.

From idea to online. Static or dynamic, payment integration, mobile-first. Live on your own domain and hosting — you stay the owner. No tracking, no third-party scripts unless you ask for them.

Email info@biniruprojects.ai with a short description. I reply within 24h on whether it fits, and with a fixed price. Not a fit? No charge.
2 · Fixed price + scope doc
A clear price and a defined scope in writing before we start. NDA optional (mine or yours). Payment 50% up front, 50% on delivery.
3 · Building
One project at a time, full focus. An AI-augmented workflow, so it is done in days where an agency takes weeks — the final judgement and the responsibility stay human, and I stand behind what I deliver. While I build, you follow along through a preview link on biniruprojects.ai.
4 · Delivery + aftercare
A working, tested result, put live on your own domain and hosting (in your name — you stay the owner, no lock-in). No hosting yet? I help you pick a suitable EU host. A short aftercare period is included.
