How pricing works
First 30 minutes: free intake. We see if it clicks and roughly scope the project — no pitch, no obligation.
Discovery & consultancy: €60/hour — used for deeper discovery sessions, scope-doc drafting, requirement-gathering before build starts. Charged per started hour, capped weekly so you always know where you stand.
Build-clock starts when scope-doc is signed AND all content/branding/decisions are delivered. The fixed prices below cover the build phase only — not pre-build deliberation. This protects you (no surprise bills for build delays caused by waiting on me) and me (no unpaid hours waiting on undecided briefs).

How I price (the comparison)
EU-fair pricing — neither agency-prices nor unsustainable race-to-the-bottom rates. AI-augmented workflow lets me deliver in fewer hours while still charging proper Belgian living-wage rates per hour.

My rate is at the entry of the proper Belgian-rate range, with AI-augmented speed making it commercially viable for me and competitive for you. Not a Fiverr-tier price (which depends on developers in countries where €25/hour is unsustainable income for me to compete against).
How it works
Initial contact + scope check
Email legal@biniruprojects.ai with a short description. I reply within 24 hours with whether the scope fits a tier or needs a custom quote.
NDA + access
Mutual NDA signed (mine or yours, both fine). You give read-access to the relevant codebase. Payment 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
Deep review
I work through the codebase with my AI crew (Viktor, Justus, Atlas) as engine on the back end. You see one person; you get the depth of a team. Faster than an agency, more personal than a platform.
Report + walkthrough
You receive a written report with severity-ranked findings and concrete fixes. Walkthrough call (30 min, included from medium tier) to discuss priorities and answer questions.
Follow-up window
7 days (small) or 2 weeks (medium/large) of asynchronous Q&A included. After that: hourly rate for ongoing consultation if useful.
